ATTENDING FORREEL TEAM MEMBERS

 

Thomas Stoneham-Judge

Founder and Editor-In-Chief of ForReel, Thomas will be traveling in from Seattle to cover feature films, red carpets, and host interviews with filmmakers and available talent at TIFF.

luca mehta

Luca is a student studying film at the University of Toronto. His focus at TIFF this year will be on the festival’s Midnight Madness program, publishing written reviews and content on featured films within that program.

Shawn Peer

Shawn is a Toronto-based film enthusiast who specializes in short form video reviews on films. He will be participating with TIFF for the duration of the festival, publishing reviews primarily on Special Presentation and Gala film selections.


REMOTE TEAM MEMBERS

TYLER NORTHCUTT

Covering TIFF remotely, Tyler is a Bellingham-based writer who specializes in publishing on classic film. He will be covering select titles from the TIFF Classics program for ForReel.

SPECIAL GUEST CONTRIBUTORS

ETHAN DAYTON

Ethan is a Toronto-based film critic who has published guest articles and reviews on ForReel throughout the past year. At TIFF 2024, he will be publishing reviews with ForReel on documentaries at the festival.

Vicky Huang

Vicky is participating this year in TIFF's Media Inclusion Initiative, and with a deep understanding of Chinese culture and an interest in queer film, we are thrilled to have Vicky's unique worldview a part of ForReel's coverage of TIFF.

SUPPORT TEAM

jOHN bARNES

John covered TIFF 2023 with PBS NewsHour Student Reporting Labs, conducting interviews with talent and reporting from the red carpet. With this experience, John will be supporting the team operating audio and video equipment for select interview and red carpet opportunities.
