"Mia and The White Lion" Movie Review

ForReel Score 9/12 | 4 Stars

Despite lacking serious acting chops or incredible special effects, Mia and The White Lion is a truly message driven and proves you dont need the latter two to provide a great film.

You're unlikely to recognize any of the primary actor/actresses names. They're not bad by any stretch but their performances don't raise up the film either. Where the film far exceeds expectations is in the message and story of the film. Each question you have early in the film is explained and tucked together later.

The legend said that returning the white lion to the native preserve would save mankind - if the early reviews of Hellboy are any indication you may want to save yourself and see Mia and the White Lion instead.
