SUNDANCE 2022 | Interview: Discussion with Luca Cappelli, Editor of "You Won't Be Alone"

Sundance has offered a wide variety of stories to experience, but very few had as strong of an effect on me as You Won’t Be Alone. The directorial debut of Goran Stolevski, You Won’t Be Alone follows a shape shifting witch as she experiences life through the eyes of villagers in a remote Macedonian community. Told in an almost anthological manner, the story weaves in and out of various narratives, which was all masterfully pieced together by editor Luca Cappelli.

As part of my coverage of Sundance, I was able to have a conversation with Luca about his work on this project and his career as an editor.
